WASIMIL, the property management system used by our property and provided by AZOO Inc., was accessed by an unauthorized third party, and some personal information of guests who booked with us has been leaked. We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this has caused.<\/p>\n

  1. Overview<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    On October 17, 2026, a property using WASIMIL reported that guests had received suspicious messages about their reservations. AZOO Inc. investigated and, on October 19, confirmed the unauthorized access and the leak of information. The suspicious messages (by email and messaging apps) were not sent by our property or AZOO Inc. They were sent by a third party misusing the stolen information.<\/p>\n

      Some reservation-related information of guests who booked with us, including names and contact details. Credit card information is not stored in AZOO Inc.’s system and is not affected. The full scope of affected information and the number of records are still under investigation.<\/p>\n
